What are the travel requirements and restrictions in Cabo with COVID? Your airline will require a negative test to enter and exit Los Cabos. However, upon arrival Mexico does not require proof of a negative test, or vaccination.The hotels have standard health regulations in effect; use of masks in certain areas, temperature checks and sanitization to make you feel comfortable during your stay.
Is it possible to plan a wedding virtually? The short and simple answer is yes. Although, unless you are a seasoned Cabo traveler we do recommend you are prepared to make a couple trips prior to the wedding to preview and select venues, participate in food tastings, and the overall process. If I have a destination wedding in Mexico, will it cost me less? The short answer is no. There is a misconception that Mexico is a more affordable location to hold a Wedding. The most important factor to consider when wanting to budget for your wedding comes down to the size of the event.Destination weddings do relieve some of that guest list pressure for the engaged couple, as not everyone can commit to traveling. It is extremely important to solidify your guest list amount from the beginning.

Can my destination wedding incorporate my religion and/or ethnic flare? yes, of course! Contrary to belief, our professional planners have experience designing and planning a variety of diverse ethnic and religious ceremonies here in Los Cabos. We work with you to create your vision and ensure all details are considered.From venue selection and design, to food options, we have it covered.
If I hire you as my wedding planner, will you negotiate prices for me since you are local? No! sorry to burst your bridal bubble, but that is out of our control! The demand hotels, venues, and vendors are experiencing is at an all time high. They won’t discount their prices when there is a line of brides behind you willing to pay full price for the services. What we can do for you though, is supply you with a list of options that are suitable for your projected budget!
Can we negotiate a flat fee with Karla Casillas and Co? No. We are a professional service provider and hold a responsibility to provide a consistent and fair service fee based on each wedding.
Do you take care of our travel arrangements? All attendees are responsible for booking their flights. We will help you with the accommodations and provide a booking link at your preferred hotel for you and your guests to manage and access rooms.
I haven’t asked my fiancé about what we are willing to invest, what should my budget be? You and your fiancé are the only ones who know what you are comfortable spending on your special day. Once you secure your investment amount, we can help guide you from there!
